Once your company has successfully registered an Enterprise Account, an administrator can grant access to designated employees for internal communication. The enterprise administrator may import the member list from an address book, and the members need to be approved to be added to the account. This is done manually by the administrator after verifying their name, phone number, and WeChat ID. The account owner must scan a QR code each time he or she logs in with his or her username and password. Data is encrypted, and held to a high level of security.
